Schedule a time

What to Expect During Sessions:
Once you set up your session, you set the tone.

We connect over Zoom camera on or off, whatever feels right for you in that moment. Some days you want to be seen. Some days you just want to talk. Both are completely okay here.

From there, it's simple: you share, I listen. No judgment, no pressure, no unsolicited advice. Just an easy, honest conversation that helps you think things through and leave feeling more like yourself.

Because I keep my schedule intentionally small, spots are limited each week, book yours while they're available.

FAQ

What will I actually get out of a session?
Everyone leaves with something a little different, and that's okay. Some people walk away with a clearer head and a better sense of their next step. Some feel lighter just from finally saying the thing they've been holding in. And sometimes, clarity isn't a big "aha" moment it's simply the relief of feeling heard. Whatever you're carrying in, the goal is that you leave feeling a little less stuck and a little more clear.

I'm not in crisis. Is this still for me?
Absolutely. You don't have to be falling apart to deserve a space to talk. Many people come to Never Say When because life feels heavy, they're stuck in their head about a decision, or they simply want someone to listen without judgment. You don't need a reason that's "big enough." Feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or mentally cluttered is enough.

How is this different from talking to a friend?
Friends are wonderful, but they often come with their own opinions, experiences, and ideas about what you should do. Here, there's no agenda. No advice unless you ask for it. No pressure to make a decision. Just someone fully focused on listening, helping you sort through what's on your mind and hear yourself more clearly.

Is this therapy?
No. Never Say When is not therapy, coaching, or professional counseling. This is a peer-support service designed to provide a safe space to talk, process what's on your mind, and feel heard. If you need professional mental health support, I'll encourage you to reach out to a licensed therapist or counselor.

Are my conversations private?
Absolutely. What we talk about stays between us. I do not share your information or record sessions.

Do you offer refunds if I can't make a session?
All sessions are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may incur a $15 cancellation fee.

Can we talk about anything?
Pretty much. Whether you need to process something personal, talk through a situation, sort through a decision, or celebrate a win, I'm here to listen.

How do I book a session?
Head over to the Services page or click Book Now to reserve a session. You'll find options for 30-minute and 60-minute conversations, bundles, and first-time sessions.

What if I just want to try it out?
Perfect. I offer a free 15-minute first-time chat so you can see whether Never Say When feels like the right fit for you. No pressure, no commitment.

What if I need help outside of business hours?
Sessions are currently available on select weekday evenings after 5 PM and on weekends. If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate support, please contact a crisis line, emergency services, or a licensed mental health professional.

What happens if not enough people sign up for the group session?
The group session requires a minimum of 3 participants to run. If fewer than 3 people have signed up by Thursday at 8:00 AM (two days before the session), the session will be cancelled and all registered participants will receive a full refund.

You'll be notified by email as soon as a decision is made, so you're never left wondering. If the session is confirmed, you'll receive your Zoom link by email before the event.

To keep the group comfortable and conversational, attendance is capped at 8 participants.
