Why can’t I see your face on video calls?
To keep things relaxed and take the pressure off, I don’t show my face during sessions. This helps make it easier for you to open up without the awkwardness of face-to-face chats. Think of it like talking to a friend—comfortable, private, and all about you.
Is this therapy?
Nope! This isn’t therapy, coaching, or professional advice. I’m here to listen and hold space for whatever’s on your mind. If you need professional support, I’ll encourage you to reach out to a licensed therapist or counselor.
Are my conversations private?
Absolutely. What we talk about stays between us. I don’t share your information or recordings with anyone.
Do you offer refunds if I can’t make a session?
All sessions are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a $15 cancellation fee. This helps respect both our time and ensures availability for others who may need support.

Pretty much! Whether you need to vent, share something personal, or celebrate a win, I’m here to listen.
How do I book a session?

What if I just want to try it out?
Great! I offer a free 15-minute session for first-timers—a no-pressure way to see if this feels like a good fit.
What if I need help outside of business hours?
Right now, I’m available on weekends and after 6 PM on weekdays, but I’m planning to expand as we grow. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to a professional or call a helpline immediately—your safety matters most.
